Review:

Oliver lied about my items and they tried to make me pay $600 extra the night they came and no one wanted to answer their phones so it was either pay or leave my things. I had to leave my things and they stuff they did take they broke and lost pieces. Absolutely terrible

Review:

This review has to do with the integrity of this company. To be clear, nothing they have done has anything to do with contractual obligations or service. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations but you be the judge.
On 11/05 I spoke to Oliver regarding moving our furniture from Florida to Oklahoma as we were purchasing a home to escape from Florida and the crazy population explosion we have experienced. We scheduled the move for December 4th or 5th (I Can't remember the exact date). I called shortly after and re-scheduled for December 15th.
On November 23rd I received a call that I had stage 4 inoperable lung cancer.
I contacted Source One Movers and told him that I had to cancel the move (3 weeks in advance).
I placed a deposit of $1700 with them with the stipulations that cancelation was only an option if the closing was canceled due to the lender. I ended having to cancel due to not having treatment options in Hobart Oklahoma.
A company with any integrity would refund that deposit as NOTHING has been done to in ur any expense except for the 30 minutes spent with the salesman whose name is Oliver.

Review:

I hire Onesource for a move from Georgia to Louisiana. They subcontracted the job to Map Moving who proceeded to lose or damage about $1000 worth of my possessions including a 55' 4k TV, Reidel crystal, glass cheese tray and steel shelving. After submitting substantiation paperwork they offered a settlement of $88.20 including $33 for the tv and less than $2 for the crystal stemware. Repeated calls to customer service were never answered. U-Haul would have been a better choice hiring local labor to pack and unpack.

Review:

Brendan is a horrible customer service representative. Daily Hassled and harassed me on my personal phone in order to book with the company to the point where I decided to go with another company because of their behavior. Upon politely communicating my decision to work with another company, Brendan told me to lose their number but yet still harassed me, asking me—using 2 different numbers—who I hired instead! Do not book!!
