Ontime Moving System

Excellent service. Shows up on time. Perfect name. The team of movers were respectful and worked carefully protecting the floor and the items moved. The owner prorated my quote and returned a portion of my payment. Very unusual. I recommend On Time for not only moving furniture but also for storing art. Two thumbs up.

This company was recommended by my real estate agent. I'll give my agent the benefit of the doubt that they were unaware of Ontime's aggressive business practices. Items are stored in various locations throughout their warehouse (rather than in one locked area) so as a result they charged me a ridiculous fee (in my case almost 2x the monthly storage) to unwrap and release items out of storage, notwithstanding that my items were picked up by my own movers, who then had to rewrap them! Nothing like transparency.

I’m writing this review with great pleasure; OnTime moving is not just about a company showing up on time, it’s moving system - they think of everything from plastic containers to floor covers during the job, the staff, the uniform, I felt like the professional level was above normal, thank you David for a wonderful experience that’s usually before know you and your team never ended well,
