How sad to go from 5 stars servece to one. I had been a client for many years.
The last two times they were anything but problems. Damage furniture, unceptable employees behavior and lost/stolen items like Hermes blankets( offer reimbursement for $24.- 0.60 cents per pound)art pieces, etc.
David Mor, the owner or anyone from OTM Never mentioned to add extra insurance to be cover.
They charge top dollars for top service… not the case anymore.
What a disappointment! I will never use them again!

This company was recommended by a friend so I hired them to move 40 boxes of my items from miami beach to fort lauderdale and hold the items for 2 months. When the items were delivered, many expensive things were missing from my boxes. One of the employees must have gone through my boxes and stole these items. I packed the boxes myself and even wrote on the outside of the boxes what was in them. Im so upset with David the owner because when we spoke he said I should have taken insurance on this. It was never offered first off, secondly you'd think they have insurance for stolen items. They don't, so be aware of this scam company and its thievery! I feel violated and im very upset! BBB has other complaints of stolen items so be aware!
