Review:

Marty was a lifesaver when it came to cleaning out my parents home after almost 40 years there. It was a large and emotional undertaking and Marty’s team worked their magic! Recommend with 5 stars.

Marty and his team with 'Retro Modern Antiques“ and 'Operation Clean Out' were outstanding! We had a lot of special requests and needed to meet time constraints. Operation Clean Out easily accommodated all of our needs. Words alone can not express my gratitude for Marty's professionalism and treatment of us. We are so grateful for the team's assistance in getting the estate cleaned up and getting the house staged and ready for sale. The house sold above asking price within one week of listing. 'Thank you so much, Marty and team!”

The good: They can help during a stressful period in cleaning out a property by taking on the work, albeit that you're definitely paying for that at more premium rates.
The not-so-good: They're not really 'donating' the goods as they specify in their glossy literature, but actually reselling whatever they get in their store location, which means they're also making top dollar off whatever they get from you that you've paid to haul away. Also, while they can help with staging a property for sale, their staging furniture isn't at all good and you'd be better served repurposing the furnishings they've hauled away while still saving money. We paid about $3700 between staging and hauling, which was pricey.
