Lori was so sweet and easy to work with! We were moving and unexpectedly needed a uHaul because of issues with a personal trailer. She was flexible if we needed to add days which was a big help. Highly recommend!

OPT, not following their posted schedule. Made me lose time and money, by not being available for your customer. U-haul scheduled me for 1pm and you guys weren’t there. Very unprofessional.

We’ve had a storage unit with them for 10 years or so, she is forcing us out of it for her “office.” I wouldn’t recommend as she will probably do the same to you and if you cannot get off in time for her, she will literally call you daily and judge your work.

The lady was very helpful by letting me use a Camara to load the dolly into the U-Haul truck. Her service was excellent per her physical condition at the time. The problem was when I ordered the truck and the dolly it was to be at the one location in Conway instead I ended up going to 3 different towns to get the trucks and dolly so the problem wasn't with the individual dealers but with U-Haul and it's app was horrible.
