Orchard Street Self Storage

The “secure” rv storage was terrible. All but one of the lights was not working, leaving the lot in total darkness. None of the security cameras in the rv lot worked for 2/3 of the lot coverage. Someone cut through the fence and broke in and robbed our rv along with a couple of others, resulting in thousands of dollars in damage and lost items. Probably just as safe parking on the street and saving yourself storage money.

NOT SECURE! Security cameras do not work, half of the lighting in the RV/boat storage area doesn’t work, they have a long history of break-ins and theft, and they do not tell you any of this when you talk to them about renting. They promise secure storage with cameras. Not true. Thousands of dollars of our property was stolen, our camper was damaged, and they knew all along this could happen but did nothing to protect our property.

Friendly, helpful staff. Took me up to the RV parking. Space is perfect for my RV. They are holding it for a few days till I bring it to storage

Friendly staff that are easy to work with. I reserved this unit out of state for our company and they were able to assist with paperwork and getting it all set up quickly.
