Senior Moves did a terrific job clearing out my sister's apartment after she had passed away. It was a difficult time for the family so we relied on their services. Michele and her crew organized the contents of the apartment and found new homes for my sister's belongings. She communicated frequently, recommended competent movers, and finished the job in the middle of a snow storm. I was very thankful to the company for handling a job that meant a great deal to my family.

The OSM team was essential in successfully moving my parents into their new home, with all of the downsizing that came with it. They were knowledgeable and patient, and found the us the help that we needed. Best of all, thanks to Michelle’s contacts, far more of the stuff left behind found a new home than we could ever have managed on our own.

To add to my last post, Michelle oversaw the move so I wouldn’t have to physically be there, which was so helpful. She then sent me a video to verify that the apartment was cleared out and had been approved by management. Excellent service !! Would highly recommend!! Thank you Michelle :)??

Organize Senior Moves helped our Dad move five years ago, so they were the first people we called when he passed away and we needed help cleaning out his apartment, and we we are very glad we did! Every member of the team was a pleasure to work with. Our project manager was so efficient, we got the entire apartment cleared out in less than a day. Michelle and team made my 81 year old mother’s moving experience from a 3 bedroom house to a studio possible! She lives 3 hours from family and it was nearly impossible for us to go there in person to help her more than a day here or there. Michelle and team took the reigns and were so kind and respectful with mom helping her through every step.
