OSM was amazing from start to finish. Everyone from the owner to project manager to packers and movers were so professional, helpful, kind and patient. I truly could not have pulled off this move for my mom without them. I cannot say enough about them! I highly, highly recommend!

OSM helped my mom sort, downsize, and move this spring/summer. My mom has not moved often in her adult life, and lived in her last home for more than a decade, so as you might imagine this move was a somewhat overwhelming prospect. Johanna, Lori, and others from the team that worked with her were patient and understanding, and at the same time practical and efficient, helping her sort through many decades of memories and determine what to keep, what to give to family, and what to donate. Overall they made the project go from daunting to even, I think, a bit fun. Meanwhile Martina and Michelle always responded quickly to any logistical or administrative questions we had. The move would have been far more difficult without OSM helping, and I will be forever grateful to them.

I have used the services of OSM three times. Once for myself and two other family members. Each time Michelle and her staff were friendly, efficient, organized and took the stress out of the move. They took great care of our belongings and once the new home was unpacked it looked beautiful and you would have thought we had been living there for months. Highly recommend them.
