The phone conversation with William was great. He was very reassuring. The two gentlemen that moved our stuff did a good job. My problem was when it came time to pay because I learned that all the additional fees were at the bottom of the email. I was saddened because I felt mislead. Be careful. I feel overcharged and was unprepared due to this not being part of the discussion. This was not very forthcoming.

Our move was seamless from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and took great care of our belongings.
