Osmon Moving & Storage (Los Angeles)

Aleks Kile and Russel of Osmon Moving and Storage exceeded my expectations moving my belongings.

I contemplated renting trucks and moving my belongings with the help of friends. I am very thankful I did not. The costs associated (rental, mileage and fuel) with renting trucks on my own was going to be very similar to hiring Osmon Moving.

Aleks and Russel treated my belongings with care and concern like these things were their own. They were punctual and communicated well in advance when they were arriving. They were friendly and upbeat and I truly appreciated their help!

Hired Osmon to help my roommate and I move to our new place - an absolutely wonderful experience! Spoke to April who was very kind, helpful, and informative when I had hundreds of questions. On the day of our move, Sergei and his coworker did an amazing job: reviewed information, asked questions, made us to double check their work every step of the way, and handled all of our belongings with care! They were friendly, quick, efficient, and extremely professional. Couldn't have asked for a smoother move!

Process of getting a quote and arranging the move was easy and seamless. Aleks Kile, Sergei Kile, and Tamirlan supported the move. I was impressed and grateful with their work ethic, professionalism, and the care with which they moved our possessions. Would absolutely recommend.

I was extremely happy with the service I got from Osmon! The guys - Sergei and Philipe - arrived on time, were extremely friendly and helpful, helping every step of the way, even fixed a few pieces of furniture when we unloaded everything at my new place. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use them again!

Alex and Ando did a wonderful job helping me move into my new condo. It was raining today, which I was really worried would make things difficult. Alex called me when they were about ten minutes out and they arrived right on time at 9 am. We briefly went over the contract, and I showed them which items needed to be taken and they got to work. Despite having to share the elevator with other tenants and work in the rain, my movers were efficient, polite, and always double checked with us for clarification if they needed it. They were conscious about cleaning up after themselves as well. And when it started to be apparent we might go over the 3 hour minimum, Alex quickly let me know so that I could prepare accordingly. They made quick work of unloading and made sure to drop boxes off in the right designated rooms. I was recommended Osmon by a friend, who was recommend Osmon by another friend, and I am extremely satisfied. April helped me on the phone in the weeks leading up to the move, she gave me an estimate (which was very comprehensive and affordable) and was able to answer some of my later questions over text. Overall, everyone on the team was very helpful, communicative, and efficient at what they did. If you need to move, I definitely recommend using Osmon!
