Our city storage in Northtowne is so great, the staff is awesome, the facilities are super clean, the prices are awesome. Thank you for all your hard work and attentiveness. Best place ever to rent from, always helpful.

This particular U-Haul is one of my favorites to go to. I use all the U-Hauls in Reno and Robyn makes my visit here very pleasant. Never seen her without a smile.

They will cut you lock off not even tell you then charge more money to for cutting the lock making you buy one of there lock that was $60 dollars. Then the service is by far worst I have ever seen get better service. Then they will tell you can by card over the phone they want cash won’t even take a card in person. There policies are a joke even if your on the account and your in the there system they even show you it they have call my wife to say yes give me a code so I can put a new lock on the unit that the lady sold me in the office. They get one star hella they deserve negative 10 to tell you the truth but it wasn’t a option I would pick that one
