Dealing with Ben and Alan was great from start to finish, from getting the quote to arranging the pickup and delivery. The item was both bulky and very fragile, and their care in packing for transport and in unpacking to place it just right for me was very evident-- they know how to do it right and they CARE. Also, they were very courteous, prompt, and informative at each step. And it is so good to deal with just a father and son team instead of whoever happens to be on the truck at a given time.
I would not hesitate to go to them first without even thinking of contacting anyone else if I need a courier transport service anywhere in the area they serve (which is quite large). I am certain however complicated, large, and/or fragile they will get it to me right.
Just to add-- had occasion to use a second time, and just as exemplary in every way. What professionals and so nice! For a small but very heavy glass piece they picked up in NJ, delivered to Hartford CT, AND set it up for almost exactly the same price UPS would have charged for typical shipping service. Such a pleasure.
