I don’t advise taking your stuff for storage to this facility. The gentleman at the front who is other than a gentleman did not want to give us his name. And handed us our receipt and said thank you and when I was asking about the damages of water and mice, he only repeated did you have insurance about 10 times. I explained to him those were military documents, and other items value, like whole household goods, and he just stood there with a smirk and kept repeating did you have insurance. As my daughter who just returned from overseas was trying to talk to him, he threatened to call the police and closed all his doors… I don’t advise using this facility! They destroy the things you store, and they don’t care about what damage is done. There was another employee there, but when I mentioned damages with Mice and Water, she booked out the back door. Unbelievable that they don’t treat people with more respect. They are very much aware of the mice problem, and water problem but uses insurance as an excuse for not reimbursing for damages. My daughter who just got back from overseas was more than approaching this with a military grade approach with respect and the gentleman was rude, and disrespectful. To say the least to keep my military composure I had to wait outside.
