I hired Owens Brothers Transfer for my move from Reno, NV to Vancouver, WA on 2/24. Chris Chambers was my main point of contact for the booking. He provided a very reasonable quote and was very upfront about expectations.

We had hit some unexpected snow the day of the move where any other moving company would have likely (and understandably) rescheduled, but Chris and his colleague Buck showed up nonetheless and managed to get everything in my 1b/1ba apt loaded in under 2 hours.

Chris and Buck delivered my furniture to my new apartment in Vancouver, WA 2 days later (2/26) and managed to get everything unloaded in just over an hour.

Overall, the move went smoothly despite the unexpected bad weather. I could not thank Chris and Buck enough for braving the snow and getting my furniture delivered on time. The actual price ended up being less than what Chris originally quoted which I was pleasantly surprised about.

If anyone is considering a move to/from the Reno area, I would strongly recommend hiring Owens Brothers Transfer.

I loved them! They were so helpful and wonderful. They keep in mind people are human and were so accommodating. Would DEFINITELY move with them again. Recommend them to everyone

For a 500 mile move, we could not be happier with the service that Owen Brothers provided. Chris was very responsive with communications - sometimes not instant, but not slow, afterall he is hopefully working hard!
His crew was very nice and put customer service high on their priority list. They listened to concerns and always tried their best to meet our requests. They carefully packed what we did not and were very careful on both ends of the move. The crew did their very best at putting the items where we requested and put things back together in the original configuration. Nothing was missing and nothing was broken.
The price of the move was very reasonable... compared to Pods for instance, this was a no brainer - Owens Bros did most of the work afterall!
We still have another 30% more stuff to bring down in the future and I will not hesitate at all to call on Chris and Owens Bros Transfer again. Highly recommended.
