I used this moving company last year and, based on that positive experience, I decided to schedule with them again. Unfortunately, this time, the service fell short of expectations. I was originally scheduled for a time window of 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, but the drivers did not arrive until 5:34 PM. While I appreciate that the company communicated the delay, explaining that the previous move took longer than anticipated, such issues should not come at the expense of customer satisfaction.

In running a business, prioritizing customer service is essential. Due to this delay, I was forced to cancel two important events related to my own business. If a company fails to honor its scheduled commitments, it is only reasonable to expect some form of compensation. Unfortunately, I received none. Also, after demanding to speak with a manager to express my grievances, he told me “I’m not going to go back and forth with you”. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional and I will NEVER recommend this company to others again. Please save yourself the trouble and choose a different moving service.
