Pack It Up Moving was so wonderful to work with. They made sure to take care of all my belongings, especially the sentimental ones. They were very professional and made me feel like their very first customer. I definitely recommend them if your planning to move.

They were very punctual, helpful, friendly and did a great job! Kept my items safe and secure! I would highly recommend for all moving needs!

If I could give a zero I would. The move itself was pretty easy unloading a truck and putting it all in the garage, less than 20 feet. 2 men showed up 45 minutes past agreed time, I supplied water (it was hot out) they came ill prepared, 1 of the guys was completely stoned out of his mind and his 3rd job he had ever done, I had helped until I was beyond frustrated at the lack of care with our items. When my husband went to pay the envelope which he had put cash into in a top drawer of a dresser was missing. Since we packed the truck we knew where it was but I had given the benefit of the doubt that possibly it fell out and got place elsewhere. I’ve since unpacked everything and moved it all disassembled the dresser which it was placed and never found it. I am positive it was taken when my husband went in for a drink of water while they were unsupervised.

More than a little frustrating missing a decent amount of cash on top of a ridiculous price for moving things into a garage. Btw they will charge you time they left to your address plus time it takes them to get back to base which I had never had before.

Overall super disappointed and won’t be using again or recommending. If you like missing money and damaged items hire them.
