The husband and wife running this store seem miserable. Every time I go in I can't wait to get out. Looking forward to the new UPS store to open in front of Pack and Mail. It will be bye bye forever to Pack and Mail for me. If you own a business dealing with the public, embrace your customers with a smile and be kind. EI moto 'kindness matters'.

The only place I was able to ship my FedEx return through. Everyone else was having system issues. Very fast and courteous service.

Review:
Printer died and I had less than an hour to get critical docs printed, notarized/validated, rescanned and emailed back to my company.
Stephen, jumped on top of it and handled every request quick... I was able to email everything out in less than 15 mins after I first walked in!!
Its hard to find exceptional service like they provided, today... They have all of my future business... THANK YOU AGAIN!
