This is my 1st time using Pack Men Moving. Ron and Jeremy were my movers and I was very impressed at how efficient they were. They had good chemistry together. Everything was packed and wrapped perfectly as they promised. I was definitely impressed and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I’d give 10 stars if I could

I highly recommend Pack Men after I hired them for a cross-town move from a storage unit to an empty house.

They are great! Everything that needed extra padding or plastic got it. They made sure everything was loaded correctly and safely, yet did everything in less than three hours on the clock!

I really appreciate the billing system. Just a single standard trip/fuel charge and a two hour minimum and you’re moving. I did not have to pay for them to drive down, the clock started when they loaded the first piece at my storage unit, not when they pulled out of their parking lot.

Don’t go to anyone else in the Detroit area for your next move, these guys are true professionals and provide a great value!

They came out to give me a quote for moving. He gave me a price on the spot so I asked him to put everything in writing. However, they wouldn't put their proposal for my move in writing despite me calling and asking them 3 times and so their operation doesn't elicit confidence. No matter how many times I asked, they just wouldn't send me the moving quote in writing. What's up with that? They are the only company that would not do so and that raises red flags about their entire company. So I went with another moving company that would at least send me a written contract for the move.

The guys called me and let me know what time they would be there. They were on time and ready to work. They explained everything to me and then got to work. Very professional and friendly. After the move was completed, again, everything was explained to me about the billing. I was very satisfied and would use them again. Thank you!
