I started with this place I'll say about 9months ago they changed to if you want access to your unit past 7:30pm it costs more money I received an email recently saying if I want 24/7 access I need to pay an extra $30-$50 a month idk if they will add more surprises if they do ill be ready I already brought a personal building just need time to build it lol. I also asked about any additional or future charges I was told no what you pay now is what you will always pay. As a matter of a fact the gate was under construction at that time and it wasn't mentioned that I'd have to pay an additional fee for 24/7 access but honestly it's ok other than that I needed to get in at 5am like I've been doing 4months b4 the $20 fee. To be fair 1 month out of that the gate was just finished. They emailed my gate code then a month or 2 later this ridiculous fee came about I have 5 kids and no extra extra cash I go to storage b4 work until this fee was bring up. Now the owner is very very very nice and I didn't want to do a bad review.
