Pack & Send Plus

Really good customer service and very helpful!

The new owners of this place are awful! No customer services skills at all. Second time with horrible customer service. Packages not getting there when quoted. Today couldn't even do a copy job without messing it up. I miss the old owners.

I made a special trip to Pack and Send Plus to got a quote from them to ship a guitar. $130.00 was the written quote. I billed the guy buying it from me for that amount. When they actually packed it, the cost went up to $276.00. When I complained they said 'I told you it was a gross estimate'. Surely off by over 100% is gross. When I complained again they knocked it down to $178.00. I ate the $48 loss since I had already received the money from the recipient.

Owners were friendly and knowledgeable.
