Had the worst experience working with this company. They show up 45 mins after their demanded time slot. They work with coastal moving which is another awful customer experience. But anyway they were already given a detailed list from our quote. They wanted to charge us an additional $1500 for what we were already quoted for. Damaged, lost and broke our stuff. And when you try to hold them accountable they make excuses. DON’T USE PACK &GO OR COSTAL MOVING!!

Worst moving experience ever! We’ve done several cross country moves and this was far and away the worst experience ever. They broke 1/4 of the furniture, damaged my bamboo stairs, lost all of my daughter’s clothing, delivered someone else’s items and then left them in my cul de sac!! I repacked the poor woman’s things and made them come back for them. That’s just the beginning. Then we’ve filed a claim we get a letter that we cannot be reimbursed for damages because they’re NOT insured outside of 500 miles!!! What!?! How is that even legal? Looking for an attorney. They’ve cost me at least $20,000 in damages. This is heartbreaking. These are just some of the photos of how they left my left my belongings. The guys who were hired to unpack (off of a Craigslist type site) flat out told me they'd never seen anything that bad.
