Malcom and Julian were the best set of guys I could ask for quick and efficient and down to earth guys, they definitely deserve a raise of any kind!!! Whenever I recommend this company I’ll be sure to tell my friends to ask for these guys specifically!!!!!! They made life so much easier for me!!!

Sadly, I am not able to recommend Packhorse. They offered me money to remove my honest review. Please sort the reviews and read the numerous damage complaints before booking. After sharing my experience with the company no one responded for 4 weeks, but right after posting this review a general manager called to offer “a little refund” in exchange for deleting my honest feedback:

From clogging my toilet to damaging multiple furnitures, this was my worst nightmare. Two of the three crew members were also on phone calls for the most part of the move. The pleasant intake process and good reviews were misleading and did not represent the service provided. Please, pay anyone else to do a better job.
