Giant red flags: If I could give a minus one I would. I contacted this company with a request for a quote to crate and item for international shipping. I emailed them, then called to try and talk to a human as the quote was needed with some urgency (I mentioned this in the online form I had already filled in). And finally I emailed again in reply to their email saying someone would be in touch that day or early the next, just to reiterate that expedition would be appreciated if possible.
Not only did NO-ONE ever get back to me, but the woman I spoke to on the phone made it clear she could care less, and they NEVER EVEN SENT ME A QUOTE. Appalling arrogance and shoddy customer service. Avoid at all costs and do what I did - GO ELSEWHERE.
