Tyler was AMAZING! He helped me out on a last minute dilemma with moving! He was so gentle with all my Personal items and communicated throughout the entire process! Tyler also offered to take my moving boxes for me the following day! Would highly recommend! Thanks again Tyler & Crew!

This recent move was one of the more stressful moves I have experienced. Tyler and his crew at PackUp were one of the more professional moving services that I have used so far. Note, there are hordes of online users who say they specialize in local or longer-distance jobs, I have used many! These guys went above and beyond to ensure that my valued possessions traveled safely from pick-up to drop-off (Riverside CA to Morgan Hill, CA). PackUp were experts in ensuring that the move was easy and low stress. They professionally dismantled, transported, and re-assembled household essentials like bed frames, dressers, electronics, and tables, as well as they professionally move oddly shaped items or equipment. Additionally, the move took an extra day, due to the number of things I own and the drive time of lugging a fully packed 26' moving truck up and over the Grapevine. They did NOT charge me extra! I even offered to pay extra, buy their hotel, etc. Tyler would not accept it. I attempted to make it up within the tip, and even then, I am sure their service was worth more! Overall, as stressful as this move was, there was an overall peace-of-mind delivered by this company, and therefore, I highly recommend them.

PackUp’s team led by Tyler were no-shows. I called around 9:45am to find out where the team was. Tyler did not know and said he’d make some calls and get right back to me. As time went on, he failed to answer my calls or texts asking for an ETA on the movers. By 10:30am they were an hour late and zero communication from Tyler. I cancelled their services. Moving forward, I will not be working with PackUp due to their extreme unprofessionalism.
