Pacs Moving and Storage

I unfortunately cannot recommend Pacs Moving. I was excited to find them as they had so many great reviews and were affordable but, alas, you really do get what you pay for. Everything before my move went well. My interactions with Paul were pleasant and I was able to get the move scheduled on short notice. On the day of, the movers were very efficient and got the move done as quickly as possible. However, my biggest concern is with their team member who was tasked with putting the furniture back together after the move. My sons’ bunk bed literally lost a piece within days of moving. Now, today, less than 3 months lather, my bed frame has broken due to improper placement of the hardware. I haven’t messaged Paul about my bed frame as it just happened. However, when I messaged him about the bunk bed he didn’t bother replying. I guess once he’s gotten the money, he doesn’t care as much anymore.

The movers were incredibly professional and efficient. They arrived on time, and the whole process was quick and smooth. The movers were friendly, careful with my furniture and made sure everything was securely packed.

These folks are great! Prompt, professional, hardworking, and careful. They were clear in their expectations before the move, sending appointment reminders and making sure we understood when they'd be there. They were able to roll with the punches the day of the move, improvising solutions for a golf cart with a fixed bolt which couldn't be disassembled as planned. Everything got to its final destination (including the golf cart) intact and on time. They were even able to refer a handyman for my sister at her new location. Thanks, Pacs!

Billy, Geo and Christian were amazing! They were exceptionally kind and patient and very efficient. It also was a pleasure working with Peter to arrange the service. And the price was very reasonable. I could not be more pleased!!

Amazing service! They handled all our stuff as if it was their own! Would def use them again! All of our furniture and belongings arrived and looked even better than before if that’s possible. Plus things we were not sure about they were happy to offer suggestions. They hooked up recliners and entertainment center. Took apart large furniture and reassembled. I amazed! Thank you
