Dustin came to check why our heater failed and found a disaster leftover from a fly by night installer (I won't call him an electrician). Dustin untangled the 'Charlie foxtrot' and rewired it, installing proper equipment and ensuring our safety and enjoyment. If you need a miracle worker, settle for no one but Tub Monkeys.

I had a big 5 person hot springs tub that had began to cause my deck to sink a little because my deck contractor skimped on the size of sono tubes beneath the deck support posts. I needed it removed but after I had sod and a new sprinkler system installed in new landscaping I did not want damaged, I was unsure how to remove. The local hot springs spa dealer only advised me that I should hire a crane, or an extended lift, fork lift tractor. Trees and elevation made a crane a hazardous prospect and a fork lift might tear up my lawn and possibly damage my sprinker system, and the need to dismantle my deck railing would have been a nightmare also. I had heard about sleds, and saw an amateur video on youtube of someone using one. I had 7 steps of stairs to negotiate as well as a broad eve over my deck and only 85 inches of clearence between it and the deck where the tub had to be tipped to slide down the stairs. Dustin returned my call promptly, asked for some photos, and set up a time convenient for me and his team. Dustin and Alex came to do this removal with another big guy helper, his name has left me 'sorry' they had the tub pumped of water. Turned it on edge and trussed like a Thanksgiving turkey to this sled in no time, and off the deck down the stairs, across a walk and onto a trailer, along with the spa steps and foam topper and lifter. They then trussed up a smaller 2 person hot springs spa they had picked up from the local dealer prior to coming to my home. They then sledded that new spa up to a better supported position on my deck. (The local spa dealer insisted on setting it up ready to run and installed the cover and lift later that afternoon.) Dustin and his team had completed this difficult removal and installing a new tub on the deck in one hours time. Truely a professional job done with team work of these three individuals. I was so very impressed with their care for my property, and the care handling the old tub that I was giving to my niece, Thank you ever so much for such a job well done. Great job Tub Monkeys!!
