paragon moving and storage

Moved from Littleton, Colorado to central Texas around October 2021. There was a considerable amount of damage to our items and some of our items went missing including boxes of collectibles. The one item that was completely destroyed that I cannot replace is my 2017 Gibson Standard SG that was transported in its Gibson hard case. The head stock was completely destroyed and repairs would cost more than buying a new guitar at over $1800.00. Tried to contact Paragon because their insurance company offered $6.00 to replace the Gibson. Never recieved a response. Pretty upset considering the amount we paid them to move our items safely. Was never called back, totally blew us off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Moved last year from Denver to Texas. Have been too angry to even respond half my things were broken after reloaded in a bigger truck the day they packed also my things were again reloaded in an 18 wheeler robe driven to Texas. They emptied the truck and put my things in storage the day before I closed on my new house. Whatever said fragile was at the bottom of bigger boxes when I called paragon they wanted to know what box numbers the broken things were in. I had already dumped the boxes and they said all the things in moving blankets were unpacked by their people. Well I have mite than 12 moving blankets left over. They way over charged me and I am still spitting angry. I do have pictures of all the broken things. Do not use them ever
