Right from the start, Sam answered the phone and without pushing gave me a quote for the Items I described to him. I called two other movers and they were both double the cost and I told them. I called Sam back and set the move in motion. When I finally was ready six weeks later there was a increase due to the rise in gas prices. It was fair and he was up front with me immediately. The team came to my home and helped me so much because of my disability. They could have tacked on another couple hundred right then and they ate it and worked feverishly to get my job done in the time allotted. This crew of men were very kind, happy to be working, gentlemen. Thank you Sam and crew from Colorado. Now, I had to wait a while to receive my household shipment so Sam and the warehouse team placed my goods in the warehouse storage inside safe and sound. This has a fair cost just like any storage unit, but very convenient so I did not have to get help to handle the goods again, PHEW. Okay, my shipment actually arrived two days earlier than expected so I had to do a few things to accommodate the arrival but it all worked out very smoothly. I got a call the day before the truck was to arrive and was told the next morning between 9 and 11 AM. Well guess what, 9:30 they were there and I was ready. Owners of PARAGON Lawrence and Nick and a couple other hard workers all got together and made my day as I watched them bust their butts unloading that semi-truck and putting all my furniture and boxes and plastic tubs into my storage unit. If I had a business of any kind I would try to steal your men away from you all the way from Sam to the men in the warehouse that took great care of my goods all the way to the guys who worked in feels-like temperatures of 100 degree's that morning in Clearwater, Florida. Awesome team from the first call to the last drop of sweat from Lawrence and Nick and crew. Thanks PARAGON. If anyone ever wants to know who to call, I kept all the phone numbers in my cell phone. Everything about my moving experience was fabulous .the movers did a professional job packing and protecting all my furniture.the price was very reasonable,I received my delivery within days,everything arrived with no damages.I would definitely recommend paragon to anyone else I know moving.

Underestimated the original quote and was unresponsive to concerns over the situation. I payed more than I planned, make sure and get a good estimate with the sales person. The actually move was good, both the pick up and delivery.

Carlos and crew in Denver were Ah-mazing!! Super careful, efficient, fast and professional to empty out my home. Just received my belongings in my new state (2000 miles) and I'm impressed with Law!! Kind, efficient, careful, never complained about my 3rd floor unit (that's a lot of stairs) had a smile while lifting and moving g heavy stuff for 3 hours. Law stayed to reassemble some of my stuff and even asked if I wanted anything else moved..which he had a great suggestion for my big unique bookcase and helped me every step of today. These guys who work directly for Paragon are the real deal, best movers I have ever hired in 30 years of moves 4 times across the US plus very fair pricing.
