Paragon Moving & Storage

I have been partnering with Paragon Moving and Storage to handle my business moves and referring them to my clients as well, and have had nothing but wonderful feedback. The team at Paragon is high on integrity and they want to do the best they can to meet their clients needs. Moving is stressful and complicated, and there are always curveballs and hiccups no matter who you use. What matters is that the people running the show will stand behind their service - and Paragon does. Good people, good culture, good business to partner with.

I personally do not recommend this company, the dishonest person worked for me and my husband, we paid him money and he did not come to do the work, not recommended

Organized our cross country move with Paragon. We've heard horror stories about hiring movers, so we tried our best to find a good local option to book through but it looks like we couldn't avoid it either. We will now be going on weeks without a dining room table because Paragon largely miscalculated the space we would need in their truck with left a portion of our things in their 'overflow' across the country with no ETA of arrival. After 2 weeks we finally received an ETA, but we will have gone a month without a dining room table. We get no compensation for their mistakes because of the clause that excludes overflow shipments, even though it was their miscalculation. Hopefully we can work something out and I will change my opinion/review.

So this is the second time that I have used Paragon. The first move went very smoothly. This last one, I want to start by saying the moving guys were awesome...kind, funny and hard workers (Thank-you) Unfortunately while moving my tv the screen got smashed...happens, life. Was guaranteed it would be handled, wasn't concerned at all. After three weeks of trying to get a resolution...I did.

Paragon price tagged my replacement TV at 1100$ (correct but another 100$ to recycle old one as well) per the fine print and insurance rate they could only give me 65.00~$

Further discussion they settled on sending me a check for what I paid them in moving cost 685.00$ (and an email stating please feel free to call and yell at them if that would help...really?). I respect that you can't swindle insurance- what I can't is the fact that you made an error in packaging and it will cost me double to fix it...just disappointed.
