Do NOT use this moving company if you in the slightest value your Processions. Very unprofessional, careless and just there to make a quick buck. Spend little life and hide someone more reputable. Don’t try to save with these guys or you will loose more in the long run. Very very unethical

I would give zero stars if I could. Not at all carful and rushing through the service to quickly get it done without any concern for items. Stay away. Bad business form

WORST SERVICE EVER!! First, one of the guys that showed up was incredibly slow. They didn't allow me time to do a final walk through while I was attending to my infant child. Several things were left behind. Then when they were unloading the truck they started to pile all the little items in a corner where furniture would go and I had to move that stuff out of the way so they could put the furniture there. 7 hours for a small 2 bedroom house is ridiculous! They ruined my child's baby swing and scratched a very nice wooden end table. They didn't even plastic wrap my white couch!! They refused to take responsibility for the damage!!! I called the owner Jason and supposedly had a great conversation with him. He agreed with me that his senior guy was slacking and he was probably going to have to let him go. Jason told me he would talk to his wife about giving me a refund and get back to me the next day. He never returned my call. I contacted him again and gave him the option of picking up the remaining items for free, trying to be nice and easy. He still never got back with me. A friend offered to take care of moving the final items so I asked Jason for $200, of the $700+ I paid for the services, to be returned to me to finalize everything. He thought I was asking too much and being ridiculous. I told him I wanted to make a claim on his insurance then for the damaged items. I waited two week for the insurance form, I'm still waiting for the insurance form!! I contacted him several times about it and his final response to me was, 'Weigh the items and I will send you $0.60 per pound. That's all you will get from the insurance since you didn't purchase the additional insurance that is on our website.' I told him I should have to purchase additional insurance for his guy not to be lazy and to not damage my stuff. He repeated to weigh the items and he will give me $0.60 per pound. That doesn't come close to covering my $200 scratched end table or my son's $150 baby swing. I tried to be nice and work things out with him but he was VERY RUDE!!!!! The disappointing thing is I had a couple of referrals for him that he wasn't interested in.
