I have worked with Pasadena Moving & Storage for close to 10 years. They have helped me move locally and across the country. Each time they take the time to walk you through the process and make sure you understand how things work. They always do their best to ensure they understand what’s important to you in the move and that you get what you are looking for. They have been in the business for a long time and will stand behind their work. Moving can be a stressful experience but they do their best to make it as easy as possible.

We contracted this company to move our office from Duarte to Azusa, Tom previously came and I did a walk through of EVERYTHING that was going to our new site, I set up the time date for our move based on his quote. His movers came and started loading our stuff. Tom showed up to our Duarte office and after seeing our inventory which he previously saw, and I MADE PERFECTLY CLEAR IT WAS TO BE TAKEN!! He started saying he quoted me incorrectly. My boss asked him how much more would it be if he gave us the wrong quote, he said I don't need this, instructed his movers to unload our items and stormed off our site. This company was a reflection of extremely unprofessionalism and I would never reccomend this company AT ALL. If you come to a site and everything is disclosed on what is being taken for the move then quote accordingly, and if the manager is asking you for a price to work out the difference why would you be so unprofessional and leave the job, you lose money, and you show the type of person you are.
