Cannot speak highly enough about this moving company!! I've moved many times, but these guys are amazing. They are careful, honest, and even a lot of fun -- at least our crew was!! I'd ask for Derek, Dwayne, Seth, Khalil, Rafael, Selvin, and Michel!! MIke and Doug (the owners) came and pitched in when needed -- says a ton (no pun intended)?Wouldn't think of using anyone else if I ever moved again.

I hired this mover after reading reviews. I can say as a one time customer that I did not experience five star service. The cost for the move was higher than two others I got estimates from. I chose this one because of all the stellar reviews.

This mover broke a Tiffany lamp, a leg of a dresser, put a hole in my new construction wall, broke a dinning table that is one of a kind imported from Italy. They also pilled all the boxes one in top of the other some upside down even though they were clearly marked what room to put them in and fragile one some.
I posted a review right after my move clearly stating the problems.

I got a call from the owner apologizing and asking what he can do to make it right and to please take down my other than five star review.

I don't want a small business that has a one off issue to suffer so I did take it down. Until I went to instal a light above my dining table and had to move the table. Long behold the table top is literally sitting on the legs table is trashed. I reached out to the owner who says sorry but you reach out after a month. Well yes how would I know a table top is sitting on legs if I don't move it.

I would never use this mover again or recommend them to clients. I have moved many times and this was by far the worst move ever and the most expensive.

Had a wonderful experience with Patriot Moving and Storage. Raphael and Khalil did such a fantastic time packing us up yesterday. They came back today and were joined by Israel. Put all into truck. Hope to see all of them when it is time to come back out of storage!

Mike, Doug and their team (Blake, Khalil and Silvio) were terrific. The combination of putting customers first, a seamless move with everything packed and moved with care, and a fair price made for a pleasant experience. That Doug came by to check on our satisfaction during the move demonstrates that the company really cares about its workers and customers. Thank you!
