They charge a 40% rental fee that comes out of the cost of building if you finance through them. Southern Lease Management takes advantage of people that can't pay cash up front for a building. Don't expect the sales person to tell you that either...BE AWARE!

Customer service sucks very unfriendly that give me 2 different prices and never showed up ask for measurements 4 times long story short Simmons house movers moved my building excellent ppl I recommend them over these jerks anyday

I bought an Old Hickory shed which they delivered and placed it exactly where I wanted it and leveled it up. The delivery man was very polite, professional, and was concerned about my property. The scheduler was also very easy to work with and considerate of my time. I cannot thank them enough for a job well done.
