Patterson Moving

So in the past our old movers were very careless with our stuff, damaged our walls, and our fence outside of our home. The experience was so awful and traumatizing, that we were about to not even bother contacting a mover to help us. Well when we called these guys everything changed. We were first met by I believe the manager/owner (Seth) who arrived early before his crew to scope out a few things. He carried a very polite and respectful attitude from start to finish and was very accommodating of our needs. His crew were organized and quick (you can tell that this wasn’t their first rodeo) No furniture damage, no wall damage, and no fence damage… and a cheaper price than what we were charged previously by a very large margin following all of that. Sorry for typing so much but my wife and I are just tickled to death. I couldn’t be happier with these guys. Calling them is definitely a no brainer. Thanks again for all of y’all’s help

Great experience. I wouldn't choose anybody else. I think they're slightly cheaper than some of the others we contacted, and great reviews to go along with that. It was stress free. Thanks Seth and crew

Had to move, and needed a moving company. Saw the higher review score for these guys, and decided to go with them. Scheduled a date months in advance, and then a couple weeks prior they told me there was a minor staff issue, and they'd only have 2 people to move me. I said that's totally fine with me, no issues there at all.
They told me they'd give me a call in a few days time, which they did not. So I called them. Voicemail. Called them again. Voicemail. Did this a few times over a few weeks prior to the move date which was fast approaching. A co-worker of my wife's gave them a call, and they picked up immediately.
These people ghosted me after I had booked their company months in advance.
And there's no physical address to go, to actually talk to them.
I don't know what happened, but it's clear they weren't interested in doing their jobs.
I have 0 idea how they have a rating that they do, give the other review sites have them at 1 star typically.
