Very informative and caring when attempting to move my antique piano

Called and scheduled a move from torrington to gearing on June 8th and unload June 9th. Ask if he could give me a quote So I know that I was looking at for price wise. He wrote me down on his calendar for the scheduled move. I called and left messages trying to contact them Multiple times. Never answered Or called me back. So I assumed they were not Going to do the job. Ultimately, I had to scramble to find a truck and help at the last minute. Because they said that they would do the job and end up not doing it. If you didn't want to do it and want my business in the first place should have just said no unable to help. Moving and selling a home Is a strestful situation as it is, But then when you add in movers that are unreliable make it even worse.

They stole a very special metal soldier/American flag our nephew made just for us. This was extremely special to us. We are heart broken. Our nephew worked so hard on this to make for his veteran uncle. These guys were highly recommended. We hired them. They showed up 2 hours late without a phone call. The guys were nice and fun to talk to. It was only two of them and it took them 10 hours to load everything. Which is fine we just weren’t expecting to have to stay there all day till late at night. They quoted us before hiring them at $600 to move. They charged us almost double. It was $1100 to move 3 blocks. Unfortunately, the bigger issue was we were very bummed to find things broken. I had a tall shelf with all the dried flowers that my husband has given me over the last 16 years that all got broken and destroyed. My wedding bouquet of 14 years got completely destroyed. The shelf was against the wall of the garage. They stacked our belongings up against them so tight. 11+ vases with dried flowers had to get thrown away. I cried I was so devastated. These were very special and can’t be replaced. ? Would not recommend them to anyone!

UPDATE….We pulled up to the business and he literally had our metal American Flag on display in his front yard. This business is absolutely disgusting!!

We have used Patton's on two separate occasions and we have been extremely pleased! Tom (the owner) had always been exceptionally polite, kind, hard working and oh so careful when moving our belongings. His helper Roy is likewise top notch and it's nothing short of amazing to watch this company do their thing. We cannot recommend their services!!!
