Really great experience having heavy furniture, exercise equipment and boxes moved up and down steps in our home, including helping us to clear out space in our storage area. Team was friendly and professional with impressive speed and skill and took extra steps to protect our belongings. Customer service top notch from first phone call to follow up call after completion. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

There were several issues when using this moving company. First off the quote was very misleading. The quote was for two hours worth of work when they end up having to do seven. Secondly the crew they sent out was all their first day and were very inexperienced with moving. Throw off they damaged the carpet in our apartment and dented the wall in our new townhome. The “price almost quadruple from what we were originally quoted, which should’ve been a fairly simple move going from a two bedroom apartment to a three bedroom townhome. I would not recommend this company and believe there are more companies that will probably act a bit more professional and send more qualified people to accomplish the job. Also, final payment is due before they unload so therefore they pretty much hold your furniture hostage which I assume is common practice with moving companies, but feel that that should be something that is noted. when addressing the price increase the gentleman, I spoke to Randy, said that they gave me a discount and did not charge me for the time when their truck was down. The discount they gave me was $105.50, which is less than what they charge for an hourly rate of moving which is $199. Overall, I cannot truly expresss how dissatisfied I am with this company. I also noticed when it comes into the Google page. They make sure to respond to all the good ones, but they ignore all the bad ones which the stuff I expressed in this seems to be a fairly common theme with this company. Also, the workers did not have all the tools necessary to take apart and disassemble a dining room table nor both beds that we were having moved. The reason they were able to get it done is because they had to use some of the basic tools that me and my wife keep in the apartment. another thing is one worker, particularly kept complaining of how heavy everything was and saying that we should’ve done simple things differently than what we were instructed to do by the company. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

I am absolutely thrilled to write this review for Pauly's Movers! Thomas, Claspis, and Marsean were absolutely outstanding during my recent move. Moving is always stressful, but these three made the entire process so much smoother and easier than I could have imagined. They went above and beyond, carefully packing and transporting all of my belongings to my new home with the utmost care and professionalism. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help with every little detail truly made a difference. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Randy, who was incredibly helpful with the documentation and logistics over the phone. His organization and communication were impeccable and kept everything running seamlessly. The entire move was handled efficiently and within a great timeframe. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of this entire team, including the efficient timing of the move, I was able to focus on settling into my new space and starting this exciting chapter in my life. I can't thank Thomas, Claspis, Marsean, and Randy enough for their amazing job and for helping me make this a truly great new start! I highly recommend Pauly's Movers and this incredible team to anyone looking for a stress-free and supportive moving experience.

From my first conversation with Randy through the last moments with the crew, l received the most outstanding service. There was a crisis moment where l lost my ride from Yorktown to Roanoke. The crew of Thomas, Rodney and Marchan unfortunately saw my distress and initiated getting me a ride!!! They were amazing. They even hooked up my TV for me. I am almost 80 and in a wheelchair. These men and Randy, who is one of the owners, are the most outstanding and honorable men l have dealt with in my years and years. Randy is a good and honorable man. Moving is stressful at best. This company went above and beyond for me and they did such an excellent job handling my belongings. Anyone that doesn't use Pauly's Movers is making a mistake. Best customer service l have ever seen .
