Fantastic movers start to finish! We had a very large family complicated move 1 1/2 away with my elderly handicapped parents. I’ve had many moves and movers over my life but I’ve never had such a caring conscientious team of people who treated us like family, with kid gloves and went above and beyond for my parents and myself. During Day 2 of our big move, we had a family medical emergency and had to reschedule that days move. No problem too big to resolve - Zion and managers Tony and Randy to the rescue - they handled this with care and worked with us to ensure we were completely taken care of. We completed our final move yesterday and the extra time in the schedule was exactly what my family needed. I would like to give a very special thanks to the move team with Zion, Tre’Quan, Sabrina, Justin, Chris and Marcus who were not only hardworking, conscientious and flexible, but they were also so fantastic with my elderly parents and treated them with kid gloves. Today we realized that we threw away important files with a desk, not only did Tony and the team respond, they actually went back to the dump and got my fsther’s very important files. I can’t thank you all enough and if we ever move again (hopefully no time soon) I will not move with anyone else. Thank you A Team for a job well done ? ??

Great service... randy was able to meet my last minute request and fit my move in the next day! Tre zabrinna and Marcus were top notch and handled my things with care paying attention to boxes that were marked glass etc. They wrapped the furniture to make sure no damage. It was a big job and they worked very hard!

Terrible experience with this company. I was quoted a reasonable price but was charged almost double the amount. They hit me with a bunch of fees that I was unaware of. Left furniture in my old place that I’ll have to go back to get (in another state!) and scratched the floors in my new place. I spoke with a guy named Tony for my quote and I specifically asked him if I would be charged to have my tvs wrapped and he told me no. That was a lie. I was charged for my tvs even though they used old boxes.one box was like $45 and the other was $25. WTH? I was also charged for 12 mirror boxes when only two mirrors were wrapped. Charged a “premium” packing fee as well as a regular packing fee. Whatever that means. I had no idea that I would be charged for those things. Had I known, I would have wrapped everything myself. They wrapped furniture that didn’t need to be wrapped, but I wasn’t given the option to decline. Do yourself a favor people and go with a company that’s going to be upfront with you about the cost. 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Pauly’s Movers. Horrible. OH and one guy asked my family if we wanted to help get the things off the truck. With as much as I was charged I’m not lifting a finger. This same guy told my mom that it’s not in his contract to figure out how to get my box spring up the stairs. Yikes!

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better moving experience! Randy was amazing helping me every step of the way to make this move happen! And trust me if it could go wrong it did. Tre and Elijah showed up on time and sent me a ETA prior to arrival. THEY WERE AWESOME! Totally professional young men! I definitely recommend this company and if your lucky and get Randy, Elijah and Tre you can't go wrong! Thank you so much!
