Paws & Claws Safe Travels

I had my dog groomed here. It was a nightmare. My dog's paw pad was cut, both his eyes were infected after and he was shaved instead of the 1 inch length I asked for. The eye protective gel I asked to be used during bathing was obviously not used. They told Ime shouldn't use it though it was prescribed by the vet..He was screeching and crying out when I went in and she was finishing up. He was and still is severely traumatized. After over 2 weeks he is not himself. The groomer did not greet me or come out to apologize after. He normally goes to Grandma's. She couldn't take him as she injured her back. I saw the good reviews on this place and I made the mistake taking him there. The reviews can't be for this groomer only for the rest of the business

I would recommend this company any day or night to everyone especially anyone looking for a genuine person to look after, care for and or ship your pets.
