Peak Van Lines

I'm leaving this review for the pick up portion of my cross-country move. The guys were friendly and very efficient. Everything looks like it was packed correctly. I'll update this review with the entire experience including delivery speed, damage, missing boxes, etc.

Items damaged and missing

This is a combo NEGATIVE star review between Peak Vanlines and the broker, United Choice Movers LLC.

To summarize the many complaints and reviews I've already placed without answer:

- they lied about the deliver date (specifically, told us there was no date range, but that they could meet a specific date. we later learned there 'was always a 21 day range')
- moved our items to at least one other truck that we know about (the truck that was delivered was not the truck they packed from the pick up spot)
-- in the move, they broke a bunch of things
-- broke an extremely expensive art work and definitely go hurt because there was BLOOD ALL OVER THE REST OF OUR ITEMS

I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, GO WITH PEAK VANLINES OR UNITED CHOICE MOVERS.

Do NOT use them. They show up late, throw on extra fees, damage and lose items. The absolute WORST! It took them 5 weeks to do a job that should have been done in 2.

I wish I had seen these reviews before using them. These complaints are pretty much the same experience I had. My wife made the mistake of going through the cheapest option. You get what you pay for. They lost a large screen TV and a couple other boxes. DO NOT USE THEM. They are NOT listed with the BBB either.
