I had nothing but a great experience dealing with the assistant manager nick at the New Bedford location. That man helped me start up my business in trucking I deal with him on weekly bases for 6 months plus an he has been super helpful with tips on the trucking business even if I was late on a payment he worked with me an gave me extra time. I have 5 children an trucking is how I feed them. Nick has been super nice a respectful to me every single time a when I even bring my kids by he has always showed love a respect to them as well. Nick is the reason why I come to Penske an no where else. Thank you to nick from me an my family . Your a great guy you should be proud of yourself man.??

Company I work for, leases their fleet from Penske. We were considering a different option, but the service we get from the techs in the New Bedford location is what keeps us coming back. Ryan and John are always ready to jump on an issue anytime I stop in with minimal wait time. They always approach the issues with a great attitude and curiosity, and usually can solve problems on the spot. Ryan and John are professional and friendly, an awesome combination.

Great Guy’s great service I did call after hours. I accidentally left a couple pallets in the back of the truck. I hope it’s not gonna be an issue other than my mistake leaving Novella’s in the back service was excellent.
