We booked a reservation a month ago because our experiences with uhaul were so awful every single time. When we got the truck, the price had dropped about $1000, so we called the regional office and they honored the price match, which was very kind of them even though we had already signed the contract. Penske actually ended up being about $500 cheaper, and Matthew with the New Bedford, MA regional office was so good and fair to us. If we ever do another move, we will trust Penske will be fair and reliable.
