Penske Truck Rental

Penske in Essex Junction, VT from beginning to end of my reservation process, to getting the truck, to losing the keys in the snow to contacting Penske roadside assistance and them working with me to find a solution, to me finding the keys in the snow the next morning as I was shoveling my driveway and calling them to let them know I found them, and neighbors came to plow my driveway and help me get the truck out of the snow so I could return it myself, and last but not least to them being understanding and not charging me the extra day because of the snowstorm and the mishap with the keys because of the storm. I am extremely grateful and appreciative of the efforts of Penske Customer Service, Penske roadside assistance, and Penske of Essex Junction, especially Thomas Powers & Taya Gollsneider, for their professionalism, kindness, caring, understanding and patience with me through all this. I greatly appreciate everyone who helped and everything they did.

I ended up having a reservation with another truck company be drastically changed the day before my pickup. I made a reservation with Penske to keep my move on schedule and it was ready the next day on time and with fantastic customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The truck was the right size, clean and had no issues. The next time I need a moving truck I’m going to start with Penske.

The company I work for is now renting a few Penske trucks for our fleet I had to go up and pick up a truck that had service very nice people great service thank you Mark

Unlimited miles. Half the price of Uhaul.
Only negative is that there’s no ramp, so loading the truck was difficult.
