Quote for a 26ft truck with ramp $700
Quote for 26ft truck with a lift gate $2600
Really.....$1900 more. Truck works the same either way.
Have to have a lift gate because husband is a disabled vet. Retired after 33 years. Way to treat our vets.
Then they offer me a discounted rate to hire helpers to load and unload . Total for 4 hours $800 .... Nice discount.
Thanks for nothing.
Will never use you again. SO SAD! SHAMEFUL!

Very good experience, they made arrangements for me to drop my trailer while I went to pick up my truck. Excellent customer service. I would definitely return in the future.

I went to Reed at Penske on Kellogg Rd in Essex and let me say it was the easiest most pleasant move I have EVER experienced. If you want smooth, easy, friendly and knowledgeable people then this is the company and location you want to go to. The pricing was so much less and more affordable than I was quoted also. Thank you so much Reed you are AWESOME!! I will NOT go any place else!!!
