Juan is the kind of guy that just wants to make sure you have a good day. Incredibly helpful, kind, and funny. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a truck rental representative and any customer service representative ever I think. 10/10 I love Juan.

Juan is a great representative for Penske at this location. He is one of those guys that goes above and beyond in anything he does. He is personable and has a great work ethic. I use Penske a lot for work under a national account. Some of the trucks I have gotten have been ok cleaned like used once since it was last really cleaned. Juan however super details the trucks. I am talking brand new looking shiny interior and smells great. Because of Juan I was compelled to write this positive review. In these inflationary times make sure you take care of the good employees like this that take care of your company. They are hard to find.

Juan’s customer service was outstanding. Very helpful at every step of the way from reservations to day of pickup. He was even able to facilitate a trade out of trucks when we did not need two of the larger size. Highly recommend this Penske location and Juan to anyone in need of moving trucks!
