Penske Truck Rental

Outstanding customer service experience, Juan was extremely helpful and professional, left a very positive impression with what I'm pretty sure was my first time renting with this company.

My husband is in the military. We used Penske moving me to live with him and they were so great with us. But now we are having to move again and it has been nothing but difficult. We asked to return the truck at a later time and they tell us it has to at the same time we pick up. Ok thats fine. So I go to extend my reservation dates and after 30 mins of telling me what price would be they then go and tell me they cant add that many days. Like why the hell would you allow it the first time and then have another person tell me they cant? Every one needs to be on the same page. Its stressful enough buying a house in another state during a pandemic but now Penske wants to make it more stressful for my family and I. So ridiculous.
