Super nice and professional!

I picked up a truck in Orlando FL and the service was excellent. When we got to South Jersey, the truck broke down. Transmission blew up. Called road assistance for them to tow the truck. I was not able to fill up the tank and I explained it to the office in South Jersey. I was told not to worry because they understood it wasn't our fault. I told them I wanted to pay the gas expense but not the $8 a gallon. Again the lady assured me that was not gonna be case because of the circumstances. 2 days later I received an email (saying not a bill) but showing a $175 gas charge for 20.6 gallons ( currently price per gallon is $2.28). I checked my bank and there was the transaction. I was charged the penalty price for a broken truck. I've been calling for the past week, trying to have them fix the problem and the answer is always the same. The manager is not here but ill have her/him call you. Still waiting for them to call and fix the problem.
