Penske Truck Rental

I reserved a truck several days before pick-up for a time-sensitive move. I was told at the time of pick-up that the truck was not available and that there’s another truck at available 25 minutes away at another location on the other side of the river. I asked to be compensated for the bridge toll or gas and was told that Penske does not compensate for any issues or inconveniences with their reservations. Use caution when reserving rental trucks at this location.

Make reservations in advance. Very helpful lady behind window. Knows her stuff. Good place to do business.
