Penske Truck Rental

So, I was all set to pack up my house and move to Texas (from NY) on Monday the 27th of September. I had reserved a 26' truck from U-Haul three weeks ahead of time, and they called me on Saturdy, less than 48 hours before I was supposed to pick up the truck and said, they didn't have a 26' truck. All they could offer was a 20' truck, which wouldn't come close to fitting all my belongings.

Fortunately Penske had a 26' truck and guaranteed that it would be available for me on the 27th.

They really saved my bacon, and were happy to do it. Because of them I was able to get everything I owned into the truck and get it all safely moved off to Texas.

I won't bother with U-Haul ever again. Penske won all my future business.
