Very professional and good manners . Friendly service.
Had a great experience renting trucks for my season. Brian is so helpful and kind! I will 100% be back for any trucking needs I have in the future.
Our Baja SAE team needed a truck rental to go to competition with all our gear and the baja car, so we rented a 22' Penske truck from this place. Brian knew his stuff, helped us work out a great deal, and worked with us every step of the way to get the most out of our rental.
Brian got us into a great truck that made eveything about our trip so much easier. It was an International with a Cummins engine, 7 speed automatic transmission, and air brakes. It was mint in and out, relatively easy to drive for someone who's never drove a truck that large, and also had some great features like the aux and bluetooth capable radio, air adjustable and cushioned driver's seat, loading ramp, and even an air actuated 'squat' feature that would drop the back of the truck by nearly a foot to make it easier to get into and out of the box. The truck felt strong when loaded up, and ate up the miles.
Besides the great experience with the truck, Brian was awesome. He even held on to a pair boots for me that I forgot in the truck. Ended up picking them up a whole week after we returned the truck. I remembered 2 days after we dropped the truck off, called Brian, and he said to come in whenever I wanted. When I picked them up, he had them ready to go, and put nicely in a bag with a tag with my name and phone number. It's these small details that show how professional he is and how much he cares about his clients.
If I ever need a rental for anything, there's no doubt that the first person I'd call would be Brian.
Brian was extremely helpful to us. He provided photos and internal dimensions in the weeks prior to getting the truck, and then offered coffee and everything when we arrived. The truck was in excellent shape. Thanks Brian
