Their rates are ridiculous and I found out each Penske charges at their own discretion. I’m disgusted by the prices we paid for rentals at this location compared to other locations. I’ll never do business there again.

Staff was very helpful on the phone and in person. Was very quick and easy to rent cargo van.

Would of given 5 stars but when I picked it up at home depot I had questions about the car trailer and nobody knew a thing. They also forgot the hand truck I paid for and had to drive from Poughkeepsie to Montgomery to pick up a hand truck. Other than that I would recommend them to everyone. It was actually an easy process I did online.

I waited an hour for wiper replacement. With no further acknodgement since checking in, I left. My thanks to Penske in Bensalem PA. Less than 15 minutes from check it to exiting for my destination. That's good business!
